Demo

Try Oxys DB Studio in your browser

The real application, compiled to WebAssembly, over a small fictional store database. Browse, query and aggregate without installing anything; nothing leaves your browser.

Desktop browser

The application, running in this page

This is the same interface as the desktop application, built for the web. It opens a fictional store with products, customers and orders, plus a small analytics database. Everything runs in your browser: no server is contacted and nothing is saved, so you can change or delete anything.

The demo is made for a desktop browser with a mouse and a keyboard. It does not work well on phones and small tablets.

The demo downloads about 7 MB (compressed) when you launch it, not before. It needs WebAssembly and WebGL2, which current desktop versions of the common browsers have.

On a real MongoDB server

A second demo runs the same interface against a real MongoDB server: each visitor gets a database of their own, filled with the same fictional store and deleted after the visit. It needs a connection to the project's demo server, which sees the commands you run; it is a shared public service, so it may be slow or briefly unavailable. Open the live demo.

What you can try

What needs the application

Connecting to your own servers, files (import and export), IntelliShell, SSH tunnels, team sharing, the task runner, AI features and the local MCP server need the desktop application. In the demo they say so instead of running.
